WHAT ARE SARMS?

Sarm stands for Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators. They are a group of compounds that selectively target androgen receptors in muscle, bone, connective tissue, body fat, brain tissue and nerve, without the negative side effects that anabolic steroids produce. This is due to Sarms being selective in action to create their results, whereas anabolic steroids are not selective and therefore create changes to many hormones, sexual functions and other important functions in the body.

Each Sarm targets different Androgen Receptors in the body and therefore each yield different positive effects on the body.                                                                                           

HOW DO I TAKE MY BARBARIAN RESEARCH PRODUCT?   

Sarms are an orally active compound. The average dose is 1ml per day. Some of our products such as RIPPED UP(SR9009) and CUTS (S4) can be split up into multiple doses throughout the day (RIPPED x 3 daily doses and CUTS x 2 daily doses) as they have a shorter half-life of approximately 4 hours. 

The Sarm can be placed in the mouth then swallowed down with water or juice, alternatively the liquid can be placed in a smoothie or protein shake and swallowed. There is no requirement to hold the liquid under the tongue as all our products are highly bio-available.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF BARBARIAN RESEARCH SARMS?

Each Sarm product has an approximate shelf life of 2 years before the product begins to degrade and loose its potency.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?

 Some will feel the effects almost immediately. For those who have been training consistently and have activated the androgen receptors in muscle over time, will have faster results than someone who has done little training or has not trained in a long time. 

For most researchers, results are seen within the 1 – 2 week mark with significant increases in body and performance.

CAN I INCREASE THE DOSAGE?

All products are dosed in accordance with the research that has been conducted on them. If you feel that 1ml daily is not creating the result you wish then a small increase in the dose may be required. 

DO I HAVE TO EAT AND TRAIN WELL TO GET RESULTS?

Sarms enter the body and go directly to androgen receptors and bind with them creating effects such as increased nitrogen, muscle cell volumisation and repair and in some instances (such as growth hormone secretogues) muscle cell duplication.

These changes to the body however are only pronounced when stress is placed upon the muscle, bones, tendons, ligaments, nerves as well as the cardio vascular system. Therefore training is essential to get the greatest benefit from your Sarms products. 

When considering nutrition, if you want to build more muscle then an increase in nutritional calories must be applied. If you are looking to reduce body fat a decrease in calories must be applied and if re-composition is the goal, then either maintaining current calories with an increase in energy expenditure must be applied.

 CAN WOMEN USE SARMS?

Since Sarms are not hormone based compounds they are safe for women to use. The only Sarm that should be used in small doses for a female is MASS (LGD-4033), this is due to it’s highly anabolic nature.

Female researchers should also be aware that product GROW (MK677) is an advanced lean muscle builder, therefore females must understand that if they use this product that their weight will go up on the scales, however if a a clean diet is run alongside this product the weight gained will be lean muscle and a drop in body fat will also occur.
